Deposits and withdrawals

You can easily manage your funds in the "Account" section of the app. To add funds, select "Deposit", then choose a preferred payment method and enter the amount. Respectively, to take money out of your account, click on "Withdraw" and select the desired amount. The money can be sent towards an already used payment method. In some cases, you might be asked to provide a supporting document.

How do I deposit and withdraw funds?

You can deposit with a credit/debit card, Google Pay/Apple Pay or bank transfer.

What are the available deposit methods?

You can withdraw to the credit/debit card you deposited with or to your bank account. Keep in mind that you can only have one pending withdrawal request at a time.

What are the available withdrawal methods?

Funds deposited with a credit/debit card will be reflected in your account instantly, while wire transfers may vary depending on your bank. Withdrawal requests will be executed within a business day and it will take up to three business days for your funds to be in your bank account. 

How much time does it take to deposit and withdraw funds?

The minimum amount you can deposit is 10 EUR/USD/GBP depending on your account's currency.

What is the minimum amount I can deposit?

Investing.one does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. Keep in mind that, you may be charged by the funding provider involved in the transfer (intermediary bank, receiving bank, or your credit card provider).

Do you charge deposit and withdrawal fees?

There may be several reasons why your deposit was not successful.  

- Your card details were not entered correctly. Make sure that all information is filled in accurately.
- You have reached a deposit limitation on your card. Please contact your bank for more details.
- Your card has expired. Please check if your payment method is up to date.

In case you are not able to deposit due to any other reason, please feel free to contact us for further guidance through the process.

Why did my deposit fail?

We can only accept payments from your personal card. All third-party deposits* will be refunded.

Can I deposit with someone else's card?

As a licensed and regulated broker, the safety of your funds is our highest priority. We understand the importance of feeling secure when using our investment app and we meet and exceed all traditional security standards.

Are my funds safe?

If your card has expired, it will automatically be removed from your profile.

In the event of a lost or stolen card, we will need a bank-issued document, confirming the card has been deactivated, to remove it from your account.

You will be able to add a new card by depositing with it.

Investing.one provides equity dealing in shares on US, EU and UK markets. Each time an investor trades in stocks quoted in a currency different from his account base currency, a conversion becomes necessary. The company applies a fee of {currencyConversionCharge} on top of the current spot market rate. The resulting exchange rate is still much better compared to what one would be offered in a commercial bank, for example.

In a bid to cut clients' expenses even further, Investing.one has given up applying any fees on deposits and withdrawals. No fees until you deposit {transferFeeAfter} in total. A fee of {transferFee} will apply thereafter.

The minimum value of a buy/sell order is {minimumAmount} for all our accounts. You will not be able to execute a sell order if the remaining value of the financial instrument is less than {minimumAmount}.

Minimum buy/sell order

The execution of client orders on a stock exchange results in a number of expenses for the broker. Some of them include: execution and clearing fees, connectivity charges and considerable amounts for real-time market data use.
