As a CySEC regulated broker, we are part of the Investor Compensation Fund and we follow all guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers' funds. Additionally, your money and the company's capital are kept in segregated bank accounts, which prevents any misuse of investors' money for the broker's benefit.

How do I get in contact with Investing.one?

All personal tax-related matters are the sole responsibility of each investor. We suggest contacting your local tax authority or a professional advisor for more information.

We can provide you with a detailed report of your trading activities, which you can use for your tax assessment.

Who handles my taxes?

Investing.one currently offers only personal accounts. 

Can I open a corporate account?

You can change your passcode at any time by tapping on the "Forgot your passcode?".

How can I change my passcode?

Despite our best efforts, we do understand that our services might not always be perfect. You, of course, have the right to express your dissatisfaction by filing a complaint. To do so, reach out to us, and we will gladly provide you with additional details regarding the procedure.

How do I file a complaint?

To close your trading account, send us a written request at [support@investing.one](mailto:support@investing.one). Our team will process the request and get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Before sending the request, please make sure that:
- You don’t have any open positions or pending orders.
- The remaining balance in the account has been withdrawn and there are no funds left in it.

We will not be able to proceed with the deactivation of the account If any of the above is not fulfilled.

Trading fees and terms

Investing.one provides equity dealing in shares on US, EU and UK markets. Each time an investor trades in stocks quoted in a currency different from his account base currency, a conversion becomes necessary. The company applies a fee of {currencyConversionCharge} on top of the current spot market rate. The resulting exchange rate is still much better compared to what one would be offered in a commercial bank, for example.

In a bid to cut clients' expenses even further, Investing.one has given up applying any fees on deposits and withdrawals. No fees until you deposit {transferFeeAfter} in total. A fee of {transferFee} will apply thereafter.

Transfer fees

The minimum value of a buy/sell order is {minimumAmount} for all our accounts. You will not be able to execute a sell order if the remaining value of the financial instrument is less than {minimumAmount}.

Minimum buy/sell order

The execution of client orders on a stock exchange results in a number of expenses for the broker. Some of them include: execution and clearing fees, connectivity charges and considerable amounts for real-time market data use. Our company has made the decision not to transfer these costs to its clients. We can proudly announce that Investing.one is among the few zero-commission equity brokers in the industry!

Transactions in Spanish stocks, with a market cap greater than 1 billion, are charged a {ES_FEE} fee on their value.

When you trade French stocks with a market cap of 1 billion and above, you will pay a {FR_FEE} fee on the value of that trade.

French Market Fee: <colored>{FR_FEE}</colored> per transaction

When purchasing a stock in the United Kingdom, a transaction fee of {UK_FEE} of the transaction value will be incurred. Additionally, if shares are received without any cost, no tax obligations will arise.
